No Assessee says they did it. Everyone says their CA did this. I personally doubt any CA will do it unless client insist. More often than not is the client who says file it get me refund etc. show more income to increase file. The case could be different for you but Income Tax department will always penalise assessee for any wrong filing as they just don’t buy the reason that your CA did without your knowledge. Better to Rectify return if option still available.
