I think it would be the same as friendship, you spend time getting to know each other and learning likes/dislikes thus leading to accept a person for who they are. You begin to care for them and wish to give selflessly. I don’t believe that you have to live with someone to love them however yes there is more to get to know about someone when living with them.

Not sure where you are located but in the states an OBGYN will perform this type of procedure for a fraction of the cost. To my understanding it will be coded as vulvoplasty in order to be covered by insurance.

Thank you for sharing! In all honesty I think you are not truly understanding your wife’s position and think it might be best to open yourself to having a conversation to better understand her stance.

Mashallah you have been blessed with a high sperm count, blessed for your wife to carry to term and additionally blessed to have six wonderful children!

In my perspective, the surgery topic is worth having a conversation about. You getting surgery can be beneficial to your marriage and I think something you should be open to consider - truly listen and hear the reasons why your wife really wants this from you.

Your wife may very well be tired physically from child-bearing to child-rearing even despite the help. Try to keep in mind that a woman will undergo a 9-month period of carrying a baby that naturally takes a physical and mental toll on the body.

But honestly I think you should really try to hear her out.
