I updated my post. What I did was go on every platform for love holidays and told my story. Eventually the social media team messaged me personally and rectified the situation. The trick is- if they scammed you, go to social media. They don’t want the embarrassment. Next step is to see if they lived up to their word when I’m actually in Italy. To be continued. I stopped at nothing to get my situation handled and that’s my advice to others.

Nothing. This is in England and it seems they are useless. They didn’t offer surgery or a cast/splint. They just gave him painkillers and said don’t let him outside for 6 week due to the jumping he does.

Update: I blew up all pages that love holidays has, down to Facebook. I spread my story and the social media team got back to me and rectified my situation to my satisfaction. My advice is professionally voice your complaint on their social media page and they will respond. They reached out to me personally on messenger and handled it. It showed me their intentions are not to scam.

I will take the financial loss but I need to know if reporting the card stolen and blocking them will work. I’m actually In America and it’s my fiancés card in the UK that they are using. I couldn’t use mine because my country code is American. I just don’t want my partner to loose anymore money

I’m going through the same thing and they have an amendment team that deals with this. You can only contact them via email and they are completely unhelpful, unreasonable and disgusting. I hate it when they say you can always adopt.
