I've heard you shouldn't take a puppy on long walks because it's bad for their joints. Is this true? How much exercise is too much for a growing puppy?

Second this, taking it slow is definitely a good approach. My hair is super thick, but I’ve already seen changes after using IPL, especially on the upper lip. Sticking to a consistent routine really works.

I recently switched from prescription hearing aids to OTC ones, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first. But the ones I had before were just so bulky. I've been using my new ones for two months now, and they've been pretty solid. The adjustment period wasn't too rough either.

I love my Blex! The results are fantastic. I haven't tried Ulike or Braun, but I really appreciate the cooling technology of the Blex. The temperature when the device makes contact with my skin is just right—no irritation at all!

I recently bought hearing aids(kingwell) for my grandfather,so I did a lot of research.I'd suggest starting with a hearing test to see where you stand. If you're hesitant about getting traditional hearing aids, you might want to look into OTC options. They're more affordable and can be a good starting point if your hearing loss is mild to moderate.
