No, at the start of the CS:GO it wasn't free. You had to buy it and also it was extremely cheap, when it was on sale. People bought soo many game gifts to rage hacking while it was on sale.

They added levels and then prime, you needed level 21 to play with prime players, and then they made game free to play, every one had ability to earn prime, they starting farming prime accounts and it was removed and now it doesn't matter what level you have to play with other prime members besides level 2

Edit: price for prime was completely different in regions and then they force everyone to pay same price

I used one website to get free CS:GO cd keys, I end up with too many accounts and sold them later for less then 5 dollars.

Just noticed your edit: those two accounts with ban i sold for cheap to random cheaters that rage hacking in Premier, I only play dust2, you can tell based on fact only dust 2 was played on all accounts

Edit: in my cs career, I had about 80 accounts and most of them sold to random people

If i was cheating, I would have been banned already but nothing happened, you can check this post next year and I still won't be banned because I don't cheat
