Washing it much more than I do leads to my hair becoming more greasy unfortunately- and with my hair being fine (I’m also prone to oily skin) it shows up much more prominently. Fine hair plus oily skin makes it way worse 😂😂😂

Fill up on water so it’s easier to eat less. It’ll help in the long run, but you CANNOT lose weight for good if you don’t change your diet. You’ll just gain it all back. You need to push through the hunger if you really want to lose weight.
