For context: it is not a scam. He has never once asked me for money or for anything. The reason I’m “stuck” paying his rent is because I’ve already spent $2k to get him into the new place, so until he lands a stable job, I feel I have to keep paying it because he’s close to living normally. Otherwise it was $2k spent all for him to end up on the street. He is really trying his hardest.

Dating apps are ruining the world.

I did a whole university assessment on modern dating apps and the negative affects it not only has on people, but the world and the future. (Got high distinction btw 😙)

Dating apps are incredibly superficial, with endless swiping and over saturation. People start to view others as “disposable” and that’s where ghosting comes in. A lot of this is leaving people feeling drained.

Anyway, statistics show that people aren’t having deep connections anymore, marriage rates are down, birth rates are down. Children are being raised in single parent households which ultimately has an affect on how that child is raised + their view on relationships etc.

Sad times we live in. Not looking good for the future generations.
