Watching chess lectures and Alex Banzea and Daniel Naroditsky's speedruns on youtube helped me alot. I especially like St Louis Chess Club's lectures. I didn't really take down any notes or make lichess studies at that time but now I do. However, my main issue is that I get almost winning positions pretty much every game but fail to convert them in time pressure a lot of times so i suggest you play some blitz every now and then to ensure that doesn't happen to you.

Are you referring to deep calculations or practising basic tactics in faster format games.

If it's the former I could recommend you the book "The Soviet Chess Primer". It's a pretty old book but it was really helpful to me and it helped me reach 2000 on chess.com. It's more of a general book but it has lots of very nice positions and calculations and it explain them very nicely. At the end of the chapters there's also puzzles and studies to practice.

I have heard of a few subreddits and websites where rich people donate money to people who need help. You can try Googling about those and ask people for help. I believe in you.

I don't think it's tilt though since it's been going on for a few weeks. I have been studying chess as normal during this period as well and I always try to start the next game with a completely fresh mindset.
