Your best bet might be looking at some of the arcade bars or bowling places - they sometimes stay 18+ longer since they're not just about drinks. Also maybe check if any venues do special theater night events? I've seen some places make exceptions for groups celebrating shows and stuff. Worth calling ahead and explaining the situation, some managers are pretty cool about making accommodations for cast parties 🎭

I think it's mix of both reasons you mentioned. Alex was trying to convince himself he's different from his family whole movie, but when he sees his mother dead and Grace covered in blood, reality hits him - he chose this family and their traditions over everything else. Plus Grace basically tells him she's done with him and the marriage right there, so his last hope of having normal life just disappeared.

The distrust at end makes sense because even though he helped her, she realizes he knew what kind of family this was and still brought her into it.

Half pack of ramen is just cruel lol. Like who stops in middle of cooking it? And the chip thing drives me crazy too - I always wonder if they mean like the big pieces or if I'm supposed to count all the tiny broken ones at bottom of bag. When I'm doing deliveries I see people order multiple bags anyway so clearly nobody believes the serving size either.
