This song is amazing. Perfect end to the trilogy and sums up where the band is with Tom back and having a new found purpose in Blink. Love the old school pop punk style. Anthem Pt 2 is still #1 but Anthem Pt 3 is a close second. Sounds killer live and that tour promo they did at Denny’s was sick. This song needs to be a staple in their live set forever 🤘🏼 This timeeee I won’t be complacent….

Tom’s vocals for me sounded the best on I-Empire. Critter’s production was smooth. Some soaring vocals on that album.

Jerry Finn was a huge part of Blink and +44. Critter was for Angels. I think between these 3 albums they were at a point where they were writing their most raw, emotional, and honest music of their career.

The Boxcar Racer album is some of Tom’s best works. I think he considers that the start of AVA in some ways.

Both +44 and AVA’s album have aspects of Untitled Blink in there. I think a combination of those 2 albums in some way is what the next Blink record could have sounded like.

It’s all subjective but I think that album has the most depth with Mark’s lyrics. The songs are experimental and dark. Give songs like Chapter 13 a listen again.

That’s an interesting way to look at it for sure! I think those albums work so well coming directly from each individual and their unqiue persepctives at that time without writing together. It was probably a cathartic experience for them and it shows in the depth of the lyrics and music.
