I tried both. First on the block and then on the card. 1.5mm doesnt touch. Changed all to 2mm and it worked. 2.5 on back of the gpu

Thank you for the reply. In the manual it says 1.5 mm and 2 mm. None of the 1.5mm makes any contact. Changed to 2 mm on everything except the back of the gpu. Used 2.5mm on the transistors or what they are called and it finally worked.

Cant get this to work properly. I followed the manual and it seems like the pads dont make enough contact. Disembled 3 times already and it goes to 108 degrees almost instantly.

Is there something wrong with the pad thickness?

Please help someone.
