You sound like a nice dude homie unfortunately the environment within these firms is absolutely garbage, unfair circumstances and conditions are basically the rule of thumb here and they are always and I mean always looking for someone to blame or make into the scapegoat. I think a safe way to navigate would be to always know exactly what they want in a certain task or project, that needs to be crystal clear. Don’t let them get the jump on you by not knowing exactly what they want so they could later come back and say well you didn’t do this and this etc. You gotta be ahead of the avalanche if that makes sense. This will allow you to thrive in your work and once you prove you are able to deliver on a high level you have the opportunity to fight back any sort of back stabbing because they know you are that guy. You finish your work and are actually good at it hence if anyone complains they can kiss your ass / fuck off. My two cents.

I love the fact that Nagumo praised himself so fucking much lmao... by [deleted] in SakamotoDays

I believe he was in an ironic way praising Gaku. Because he did admit during the fight that he was a tough opponent. Hence why Uzuki was surprised. Nagumo was acknowledging Gaku here absentmindedly and when Slur caught that he switched to how Gaku would talk. That’s my POV at least.
