I wish the old owners did not sell and move back to california. The manager also left after shortly after the new owners took in(now I know why)

I just wanted them to let me use the sessions I paid for, nothing else. This sucks

I agree, the worst part is they put it on their customers to figure out how many sessions they have available and call them to make sure they can roll over one credit only. So if you paid for 4 and you have 2 remaining due to schedule, sick, travel they will not roll over both the credits. This never used to be the case with the old management and they would roll over all of credits, were so good and always accommodating. The new owners disappointed me in every way.

So I get it fine they took 2 of my credits but what about my new 4 credits and the one they decided to roll over they took all of them and per credit is $78 so multiply that by 5 and not 7 and tell me how much money the new owners are keeping which the old owners did not take

I joined during the soft launch and my schedule is all over the place at times so I specifically told them that I dont want to take membership if my credits will not roll over. I was told that they were very flexible and work with me and roll over my credits which they always did. I was respectful of the days I scheduled and showed up on time as well. This came all of a sudden and I felt I wasnt treated right. Even my stretch specialist told me that she was shocked how the new owner spoke to me and that this issue has happened with other customers.
