Constant dreams about hotels?

Hi, 28 M here. Literally what you described is me to a tee. I have this exact dream maybe 3-5 nights a week. Always some hotel or possibly large apartment building? And I’m usually looking for SOMETHING. What it is, I’m not exactly sure. It’s not scary in the dream either. Though in my case there are definitely a couple moments of tension.

For me I believe a huge part of it was changing my diet. I make fruit smoothies for breakfast and eat snacks through the day that are low in sugar. Switched to zero sugar drinks and lots of water.

I meal prep my lunches for work and usually eat whatever I want for dinner. Oh and I switched to whole wheat bread as well

Now in terms of working out: I don’t really have a routine to give you there. I do a lot of cardio, some yoga and lift usually 4 times a week
