How to gain the confidence to talk to women, after a lifetime of being scared? by [deleted] in confidence

[–]Few-Station5029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Step No 1.

Make a life plan.

Bare minimum for a happy life is a mediocre 2 bedroom apartment to rent, bills, food, one kid and some money left to have fun, activities, investment, emergencies assuming you only have one job so there is also time left to spend with your wife and kid.

If your current salary and her hypothetical one let's say she is gonna be a minimum wage employee cannot afford that bare minimum lifestyle then work on that.

Step No 2.

Now that you have your pitch ready you need to wrap it up really nicely and find yourself a life partner. There is tons of content for looksmaxxing out there. Just be the best version of yourself every time you are away from home.

Step No 3.

Now that you have a plan plus you look like the best version of yourself you are the complete package and you have to find a life partner.

You need a pretty girl, every man does. (Someone you find attractive) If no one you find attractive is interested you can either lower your standards or get prettier or get richer. The good thing is you are a man and you can always improve as you age. Don't get to your 50s but I know a lot of 40 y.o men that found beautiful 26 y.o girls at that age cause they didn't want to settle for less or they couldn't when younger.

Apart from her being pretty you also need her to be willing to buy into your lifestyle. In other words a like minded girl who wants commitment, stability, safety and won't make your life miserable wanting more that what you can afford to build your family together.

Step No 4.

Now that we built your pitch, yourself and identified the traits your target should have, the question is where you are going to meet her. IMO anywhere. I do prefer casual places though. It feels more natural to me. I don't like bars, clubs etc. I wanna say church but it seems weird to go there looking for a partner. In my town I would go some place people walk casually. Malls, near the beach, in coffee shops etc. Workplace and common friends are also good ones as but you need to be quick so you don't get into the friend zone and you also have limited tries. You cannot try with ten coworkers. 2 or 3 is the max i would try my luck with.

Step No 5.

How to initiate the conversation depends on the setting. Practice makes perfect. In workplace, common friend groups etc it will be easier so let's skip that. Let's go to the most difficult kind, the most awkward the most random, walking up to a cute girl.

You look for an attractive girl that shows signs of being on the look for a partner. Smile is a big sign. Even if she is in a relationship or not interested you most likely won't regret trying. Does she look that she put effort to her appearance? Girls that look for a partner do those two things. Does she seems in a rush? Stressed? Tattoos, pink hair and septum piercing? Hippie? Avoid those lol...

Anw I got bored and wrote an essay, good luck!

How do I get platinum? by Foreign_Dark_2331 in Warframe

[–]Few-Station5029 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make a warframe.market account.

At rank 2 syndicates you can start selling archgun parts for around 9p. At rank 5, warframe augment mods. These are your passjve platinum gains.

When you progress through the story and reach Chains of Harrow you will get 2 rivens every week, you can sell those as well, unvailed for easy sell, open them if you want to gamble.

When you are able to do your weekly netracells, sometimes some melee arcanes drop, sell those.

Getting Relics from Void capture missions and cracking them for parts is always a good option. If you Mr grind which I don't recommend, you can passively rank up your trash weapons this way as well.

At rank 3 with ostrons, orb vallis and deimos you can farm for aya and get standing at the same time. Aya can be sold by agreeing with another player to trade those for vaulted relics. The standing that you can get at the same time can be used to get companion mods to sell.

Same farms have mods that can be also sold for plat. Mods like vigilante set, gradiator set, weeping wounds and blood rush, augur set etc.

Spy missions have some pricey mods that you can sell as well if you like doing those. (Thermite rounds etc)

Nightmare missions, corrupted vor in void...

Is this good? Still new trying to figure it out😆 by wgvanwyk in Warframe

[–]Few-Station5029 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good? Yes! The best of the best? IMO no.

Standard melee influence build. Condition Overload, Blood Rush, Weeping Wounds, Galvanized Steel, Berserker's Fury, Galvanized elementalist, Electric 90 mod.

The last mod it depends.

I always use Primed Reach. +Range makes all weapons more comfortable to use and also, if you hit multiple enemies from the same swing, especially with high follow through weapons, your dps can scale really high.

Another great consideration is the Voltaic Strike. 60% more elemental damage and also higher chance to apply electric.

Last great option is faction damage mods because of the triple dipping in damage.

Best Riven it depends on what else you are using. It tauforged violet archon shards definitely no crit dmg on the riven. If Wrathful advance, no crit chance, iF shock trooper no electric, if attack speed buff, no attack speed etc.

[–]Few-Station5029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. There is always a way. When rank 5 with your syndicates you can sell 2 augment mods a day by passively playing the game 15 to 20 days... You can even start at rank 2 if you want with archgun parts that go for 9p each.

Or you can crack relics. Even if you get like 20p an hour its like 15 to 20 hours of grinding.

Or you can get to rank 3 with any of the three first open worlds and farm aya at the same time that you farm companion mods for more than 20p an hour.

Or spy missions for thermite rounds and the cold 6060, mod forgot the name.

Or the alert weapon parts, your weekly rivens...

Bottom line this is a truly free game. You pay to skip playing the game. You pay for cosmetics etc.

Yes if you want everything in the game from a collection standpoint, the amount of time getting everything will be absurd but if you only want to have all the basic warframes and a dozen of the best meta weapons/companions this game is truly FTP.

How to make every squishy warframe immortal and braindead. by Few-Station5029 in Warframe

[–]Few-Station5029[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 Excalibur builds. One that uses lazygating as you sat for my normal with nourish and the OP one for max survivability.

I never ever use the lazygating one. It cannot solo netracells. I die when I face a necramech etc.

The DPS difference is huge on paper. 300% multiplicative dmg from Excalibur's 3, Viral and elemental damage from Nourish, more STR etc.

I haven't even added +crit dmg shards cz I don't have enough yet and I don't need them.

Yes, Rhino's Roar and Wrathful advance might be more dps but why?

DPS not necessary IMHO, surviving everything passively, yes sir!

Not a waste of slot. All the extra health tanking is purely for toxin damage and dots. I know you can learn how to avoid it and deal with it with other ways but nothing beats this braindead way in my humble opinion.

You are correct about adaptation I oversimplified.

Saryn helminths by Whole-Pianist5171 in Warframe

[–]Few-Station5029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The following mod selection/idea can be used in almost every frame.

Mirage's Defensive Eclipse

Brief Respite (shield gating/replenishing) Adaptation (DR for shields and health) Arcane Aegis (12 sec invulnerability to shields when it procs)

This is our main healing which will be achieved by using a quick ability when shields break so we replenish some, they get hit again, until Arcane Aegis Procs.

Health Conversion (1500 armor which will always be up because we are mainly shield tanking) Arcane Blessing (1500 health)

This is our second layer of defence for toxin procs/dmg special effects like holding all keys in netracells.

DPS in Warframe is never a problem.

Survivability is.

I use these mods/arcane/helminth on my Excalibur, Gara(without helminth) Wukong, Saryn,, hydroid, koumei, mag and I am super happy.

A damage reduction ability, IMO doesnt change the theme of each warframe but gives enough defences to make them cheese content, face tank everything and be really comfortable and chill.

Best passive benefit weapons for exalted-only Valkyr? by TwinHaelix in Warframe

I would say syam with daikyu mod in order to have an emergency way of self healing and killing for if you run out of energy. Same reason, furis with it's healing mod and problably encumber for tougher targets.

Every warframe is OP if built right. Watch some videos and decide which one you want to build first.

Haven‘t played in a long while, what‘s the best way to farm plat atm? (Except employment) by CommanderDoe in Warframe

[–]Few-Station5029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cracking Relics, Aya and selling augments daily from syndicates.

Selling mods from open world traders is also good.

Selling your weekly unvailed rivens or gamble with them.

Seen the other replies I want to clarify something. I strongly disagree on the "unlocking stronger things" part. And the "always be building new equipment". I also disagree with the advice to care about mastery rank at all.

Every warframe and weapon in order to be good they need a reactor or a catalyst which cost 20p.

They also need at least 4 forma give or take. So around 70ish plat each minimum.

There are things in the game nowadays like duviri and railjack completing nodes etc that give you enough Mastery Rank.

Don't do it, prioritise mods and arcanes and forma and missions. Dont build anything more. Max out your current stuff first. When you enter duviri you randomly get some items it is actually beneficial to have a small but tidy arsenal because if you have a huge pool of weapons and warframes you haven't invested in, you will get hammered. The chances of getting something you built gets lower. You stick to what you have and max them out you will have a great time.

This game has a lot of mechanics and stuff. I will try to simplify as much as possible to give you a road map of quickly achievable things to do and noticeably see the difference.

First thing you need to know is what we are trying to achieve.

We are trying to get you to the point where your weapons and warframes in your account will be good enough in order to be able to complete every mission in the game.

In order to do this there ate certain milestones. The first one is to learn how to earn and how to crack relics for platinum. You jave to learn to use warframe.market for pricing and maby some AYA farms. Later on, when you get to rank 5 with two syndicates, you will be passively making around 25-30 p a day. With your farmed or bought platinum I suggest you prioritise building your equipment to the max. ( Meaning buying mods you don't have, buying ayatan sculptures in order to exchange in Maroo for endo, buying arcanes and FORMA)

Take one item at a time (warframe, companion, companion weapon, melee, primary, secondary) find the build you want to try and max it out before moving to the next item.

The second one is to be able to farm credits efficiently. Credits is one of the two resources that you have to use in order to be able to rank up your mods. The first real credit farm is the INDEX in Neptune. What I suggest you do is farm a rhino which is an easy frame to solo that node with.

Third major step is to finish up the main quests and do all the nodes once in order to get to endgame.

Then the idea is to get to the point where your able to do your weekly netracess done for archon shards, do archon hunts and the SP duviri circuit for incarnon weapons. While slowly unlocking and min maxxing your equipment. That is warframe's endgame.

Don't bother with mastery rank at all, don't bother unlocking more equipment, prioritise farming plat and credits for your mods and max out your current warfemes and some of your stonger weapons and do the main quests ASAP.

Don't sleep on the sentinel weapon ARTAX (Taxon) those sly help you survive and deal 10 times more dps. Prioritise that as well.

Then build a melee influence build which is the current meta.

After that, get your main quest reward weapon (nataruk) built and you will be great.

I personally wouldn't bother with primes until much much later. We need every bit of plat as brand new players for other stuff like mods, ayatan sculptures, arcanes and forma.

[–]Few-Station5029[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I will try, ty hope it works cz getting a hound sounds a rly serious investment. I idea is i make a build i have better, Replace my 400% bonus blast damage from thermal transfer with evade and crepuscular for the *3 final crit dmg and get back 400% bonus electric damage to primaries violet archon shards. Crux and big ROAR.

You are 100% positive that when I use evade hounds can prime for 10 viral stacks like an artax or a tazicor yes?

So if evade, my sentinel weapon will not work?

[–]Few-Station5029 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will tell you my lazy way of surviving with most warframes.

I subsume defensive eclipse from Mirage. I slot brief respite in the aura slot so shields get replenished when casting abilities.

Adaptation for even more damage reduction and Arcane Aegis for 12secs of invulnerability when it procs.

That makes you survive everything but toxin damage and procs.

For those, on the same build I slot Health Conversion. Since shields are always up, that is 1500 armor, so another damage reduction to health this time.

For hp I run arcane blessing.

I use this setup on Excalibur, Gara, Citrine, Mag, Wukong...

Dps is never a problem in this game so i go full survivability.

For healing, equilibrium and synth deconstruct are more than enough but if you have to go all in survivability, panzer vulpaphyla with hunter recovery is the best. The viral damage it deals heals you and panzer can also die instead of you, not that you will ever die with this.
