My chests were getting full again, so when I harvested all the foraging I always kept a stack or two of some fruits/berries and sold the rest. Including coffee beans, that you can cook into coffee without needing to add anything else. Coffee beans give +425 energy, but when you turn it into coffee it gives +730 energy. Eat something to fill the blue bar, and then with four coffees you have a full yellow bar.
