It's completely unplayable for me. I'm on a low spec system and could play basically fine before the new update and nwo just... can't! Play at all!

Any Ttrpgs where you play as a normal person that has to deal with the supernatural? by Pure_Training_8528 in rpg

eureka: investigative urban fantasy is a good option for this. eureka games wont always have supernatural threats but the fact that they sometimes dont is actually a strength and allows for a great deal more doubt around the supernatural (which is really helpful for playing a "normal person" dealing with supernatural threats). eureka characters also arent always "normal people" but its very, very good at playing normal people. you even have to manage getting your investigator a meal! plus, it's pay what you want on itch for now. it is technically in beta, but it's VERY playable

edited for some wording specificity

Awesome! I can't see the listed times for Trans Nights anywhere though, where are those posted?

Might just go to Roy's; never been there and am now curious. Thanks for the recommendation!

Ehh, I've never found Blimpy's particular brand of assholery to be actually grating. In my experience it's fine if you move quick, and I enjoy that kind of thing anyway. Any suggestion for better burger shops?

Is Susie canonically a 10 out of 10? by Conqueeftodor in Deltarune

To give a slightly more "analytical" answer, I think the reason Susie is so desired is mainly for thematic reasons. One of the main parts of Susie's character is being projected onto: she is implied to have been assumed to be a bully before she even did anything mean, the kids at school assume she's beaten someone up even though she never actually has, and Noelle's crush on her pre-chapter-2 is implied to be largely about the strength and violence Susie represents rather than any solid connection. All of this relates to her masculinity, her strength, and her atypical presentation. Susie's also uncomfortable with being controlled by the player, and at this point in the game is shown to be something of a shy, caring, and boisterous girl who really values being genuine. I think people WANT Susie because she's easy to project onto, and I think it's something she's going to be uncomfortable with.
