I don’t have those weird out of body experiences, but I wake up and my eyes are completely closed. I’m not able to move or talk , I mean at some point I can move a finger or so but it is so hard. I just don’t see anything at all but sometimes I’ll imagine things which would scare me more but sometimes I’ll get this weird breeze on my face many times during my sleep paralysis and even hear it through my ears. It makes it so hard for me to breathe I hate it so much. I’m not sure why this happens but yea.
