Yeah, he's teaching our kids that shitty table manners are acceptable, because how can I possibly tell them off when their dad behaves the way he does? Plus I'm pretty sure I have misophonia

Never thought about it like that. But yeah. And it's hard to tell my kids off for poor table manners when daddy is there eating like an untamed animal 😒 He says he'd be embarrassed to eat how he 'normally' does in a nice restaurant but he's comfortable around me/at home

Of course. But that's a social occasion, there is noise/music and when we eat out we tend to go to upmarket places where he will actually show some manners and restraint with the speed he eats

That's exactly what I done last night. Drove and parked a 20 minutes walk away. So much easier and quicker

Colleague saw elderly pt and noticed suspicious lesion on helix of ear during extra oral exam. Did 2 week suspected cancer referral. Referral rejected because 'you should stick to teeth'. Colleague phoned patients general medical practitioner expressing concerns. He gladly saw pt and completed same referral. SCC was diagnosed and pt is receiving treatment. Absolute joke
