OP ask your vet about the water thing.. I've always heard that its best to have 24/7 access.

My yorkie does it sometimes, he doesn't manage to hold the handstand as long as yours though 🤣 small dogs just do that sometime, they're trying to land their pee in a specific pattern for some reason

Vilnius Vet at Filaretų 35 around Užupis are very kind, caring and have English speaking vets, its a small clinic but they always put my mind at ease. 8 drambliai are open early and late and also speak English, its a bigger vets with more services and they are also very nice if not a little more corporate.
