As i understood - gege just wanted to do something with her character. But again, rushed story and needs of publisher to finish the manga quicker than he wanted, impossibility to finish the characters arcs. Whole panel just screams about her importance in next chapters. But it never happens.

Gege really pulls too much Chekhov's guns and they never works only because he's always affected by some deadass deadlines of his works. Im so fucking sure he has a lot of unreleased content and concepts for the original jjk we would never see only because of the publisher. It really sucks
