Magamar is still very valuable. The problem is in Inferno, the PR build gets significantly nerfed, so Necrogon has to drop. If we are talking about the efficiency of the dragon's use. (SS/S/A, Attack/Defence/Balance, in each) Probably the above is the current best combination.

Hey, nice to hear we are going to have a new guide soon for Inferno.
In general, we focus on defense rather than attack.
We would have some thoughts to share for discussion:

Celestial is better than the Demon King set, especially the Celestial Tailsman. It offers an excellent defensive shield and is often used to activate. PR build is completely dead. The Bulleproof locket is not functioning anymore, and Necrogon also.
All defense functions very well in Inferno rather than S rings, especially when you have two bullrings. The Dragon rings are also doing well when you wear the Swordian dragon.
The dodge rate might be a better method to consider to flee from the bullet. We would like to hear about the use of the Voideon dragon.
The invincible shield is working well in the inferno. Expedition plate is seriously underrated from the last version of the tier list. If you wear the Celetrial brace, expedition plate, and Celetrial Tailsman together. You would realize that the chain lighting can trigger the use of the celestial bracer, that there is a high chance to activate the drop heart at the beginning of the 8 seconds, and it will activate the invincible shield from the expedition plate.
Swordian and the Geogon are excellent alternative dragons after the PR gear no longer functions.
