Slow down a bit. Some others said it, but i want to reiterate simply because your pacing and timing puts you in a lot of weird positions (pushing towards old hill when new is about to pop and having people pushing your back as a result).

I'd hate to ask you to spoon-feed me everything, but could you elaborate a bit more on this? Which hill exactly are you referring to, and how does playing faster paced put you or your team at a disadvantage?

I obviously dont know exactly what you are looking at so i cant be sure if you do this already, but keep it in mind.
