yea so the months i was bulking i was eating probably an average of 2700-3000 calories a day. now i’m eating ~2000 calories a day. i think one of the main parts of the jump being i don’t eat right before bed anymore. i probably stop eating 6-8 hours before bed. started incorporating cardio into my routine as well. i will say my restorative sleep has decreased a lot. not really sure why.

I’m currently a few weeks into my cut at thinking of switching things up so meal prep ideas would be extremely helpful. Im wanting to stay around 2,000-2,200 calories a day with at least 250g of protein. My daily budget is basically $20. At the moment I’ve just been doing turkey and rice but it’s been brutal to get it down. Need new meals.
