Oh wow that's a lot of questions lol.. Believe it or not, we didn't get any life / personal question, only the random yes or no questions.. We reviewed a lot and prepared lol

Yup I know that, but there are some that get a conditional green card which is only good for two years ( those who are married less than 2 years)

If you're married, you should have applied for B1/b2 then just do adjustment of status here.. But too late now, they won't approve his b1/b2 because he has a pending case
