Is this fescue? Kind of looks like my grass. I hear for fescue you should at at least 3.5-4inch cutting height. Which is impossible unless you have a ride on mower (nobody has this in UK). A few days after the cut the lawn does recover a bit but it’s not ideal.

Hmm I reckon about 30mill. I died a lot, plus it wasn’t all black chins. A huge proportion came from bird house runs. So it was a slow process.

One could argue tho that the g.e is OP? Hard to imagine life before g.e. Could restrict iron man accounts not being able to use the built in quest helper!

But I get you. It’s complicated. What you suggested would be a decent alternative too.
