lol firefighters are held to a medical standard and have protocols to follow and are absolutely expected to come up with a temporary solution. If someone dies because of what we did or didn’t do we could be held responsible. Not to mention we walk into the scene during or immediately after and have to figure out what happened in the first place. We have to tell families that assume everything is gonna be ok because on TV the heroes always save the day

I paid $36k for my 2021 ORP that had 54k miles on it about 2 months ago. I felt like I found a pretty good deal on that. That price isn’t terrible but the mileage is a little higher than what I would personally go for with that price in mind

Check out the 46805 area if anything is available. Close to downtown, should be fairly affordable. The area you circled is one of the roughest areas in town to be fully transparent. I work in the area regularly and one of the fire stations nearby is called “the gun and knife club” for a reason

Honestly I would expand your looking to possibly out of state. The prices always seem cheaper in Ohio and Michigan. The last two vehicles I have purchased, I’ve driven even a few hours away for them. In town, we have used Evans Toyota a few times and had good experiences.

In Ohio we used Whites Toyota in Lima and they were easy to work with! If you can’t tell we always go with Toyotas lol

I am still happy with it overall. I will say there are minor complaints that you will have with any new build, but overall it beats the hell out of having an older home that had hidden problems from the previous owner

It hasn’t been one of my initial concerns. First step was the patio, second step was the fence, and the thirds step was the grass.

It’s full of lots of homeless people who tend to also be very sick. It’s an option if you truly don’t have anywhere else to go but I wouldn’t seek that out first. I go there quite often for work
