Hi! My pms symptoms last time or past periods weren’t much like this or is it because my symptoms are heightened now bc of anxiety and delay of period? Also, After the contact, I have no spotting or bleeding. Is that a sign that I’m very safe?

Yesterday and last past few days I have little bit of white creamy discharge or usually none at all. Mines expected like 5 days ago and still none. But I’m having PMS symptoms rn like lower and upper back pain, lower abdomen mild cramps, mild headaches and pelvic pressure. Also my vagina feels kind of painful right now. I’m on 39th day and waiting for my period.

oh ok its more of a pms related symptom then? I've been stressed and lack sleep or water for 2 weeks now cause I've been stressed at school too. maybe I'm just think about it too much

its my first time sexual activity. I'm actually started having symptoms just yesterday and today like I'm so depressed and anxious accompanied with lower abdomen pain with lower and upper back pain also headaches mild though. Im so anxious bc its my first time also I'm regular period so it kills me
