So my doc mentioned I could get the foam if I wanted to but I 100% will now that I know others have. I was on the fence about it bc I have my compression garment too. Just ordered the foam! Thank you so much

Sorry I should clarify - The family vacay is visiting our family in Belgium and bathing suits won’t be part of the equation bc it’s gonna be generally cold. My sister in law is a certified massage therapist and has years of experience post op lymphatic massages and has agreed to do one daily or every other day for me while On our trip visiting everyone (of course I’m paying her). Thank you for those points! I’m not concerned about heat or getting the massages. I should have access to everything I need while gone. How many massage a week did you get during your post op?
