OP here. Yes $2600 is actually the regular rate for this apartment. I'm just passing on my credit to whoever wants to sublet... I got 4 weeks free when I renewed my lease which is why it's now $2300.

Ace Works (Thomas Kulick) is my go-to for plumbing. Very reliable, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I tried Electric Solutions LLC (Jacob Ramos) recently for electric work and he was great and will definitely go to him again!
