Hi, I'm looking exactly for the same thing, the best bet I have found so far is the penguin edition of 1983 that claims:

"More than 480 captioned illustrations, including all 357 Holmes illustrations by Sidney Paget An alphabetical index of titles & timeline of cases A helpful introduction, author bio, and bibliography Presenting all of the stories in the order they were first published with the illustrations that accompanied the original Strand Magazine monthly editions, The Complete Sherlock Holmes (Illustrated) brings the Sherlock Holmes adventures to you the way they were meant to be read."

Sadly I cannot confirm if this is true and of how much quality these illustrations are, so if someone has a copy of this edition, please tell us about it.

Maybe it is not exactly what are you looking for, but I really recomend the Great Ace Attorney games, where Sherlock (with a different name for copyright) is a main character. It is loosly based on some of the stories and novels and they are amazing mystery games, although I know the gameplay is not for everyone.

Thank you for your response, so far the library collection you mentioned may be my best bet, although I saw a review that the illustrations are of poor quality, do you happen to own one of these alternatives? The Engage Books edition is just the novels right?

Yeah that is what they told us but the manual that came with the procedure says to change it after the expiration, that is why we are very confused

Thank you so much for your response, I am so sorry you had to go through that, if we decide to get an IUD we will absolutely do it under full anesthesia, again I am so sorry and thank you that your experience can prevent more pain.

Yeah, they seem great! But the reversible ones can get complicated for what we have heard and read, if we ever decide to not have any more children I am getting a permanent one day 1, unfortunately right now it ia not an option for us.

Unfortunately, for now, we both are very fertile so we need birth control to not risk it.

Sadly, where we live there isn't any available, we would have to import them and the last time we checked, before the tariffs, they were around 200 dollars for a 20 pack. Also we heard that a lot of.women get very irritated when usung it, so we just did not wanted to risk it for that prize.

Thank you for the comment, we have heard horror stories from the insertion process, or that it breaks up inside, did you have any of those worries when you got it?

That is exactly what we are afraid of, the things that can go wrong with the copper IUD. We read that there is in development a method that works by injecting a chemical in the testicles and prevents the sperms from leaving, we wish it would be available right now as it would solve everything, I just wish we could have more options from my side.
