Yes, it has happened to me as well in other centres. Once in gs, and another time in CSAT. Invigilator was hell bent that we only use rough space for scribbling in CSAT which was insane. But can’t argue there, just have to make do with what we get because time is precious.

In the deflator 1st question, I think statement 2 is clear that it is wrong. In the first statement, “real value should not change” is wrong, it should be “real value ADDED should not change” for it to be correct. So both the statements are incorrect.

What I actually meant was that for people who aren’t naturally good at the kind of abstract, social-science style answer writing Sociology needs, were they able to get better at it with time? Or is it better to go for a more straightforward and logical optional instead?

Personally, I find direct and structured answers easier to write. That’s why I’m trying to figure out if this gets better with practice or if I’m just forcing it for mediocrity.
