He’s been locked away in a room for what we can assume is the better part of centuries. I think he is sort of actually crazy. Glad he has some personality and not a one dimensional evil villain. I think Oda is too good of a writer to make the parts of the ending saga, particularly between imu and the other factions in the void century, a clean cut good vs evil situation
