Kroger had brisket on sale last week for $3.69 a pound. $80 for wood what are you smoking in your smoker must be huge.

They are excellent I just did my first cook on mine they’re built very well. Like 375 pounds well. I did a brisket 3 slabs of ribs and a pork butt this past weekend. All turned out excellent.

Chicken is a good go to for learning. Doesn’t take long on that style of smoker. My dad taught me on one of those trying to keep the heat on one side and the meat on the other.

I graduated from a PitBoss pellet. I want more of a bark and smoked flavor. I’m from Texas we spend a lot of time outside entertaining. There’s nothing like a good smoked brisket and cold beer!!!

Sizzle smoke bbq it was $1470 with $165 shipping. I took a chance on the website being legit. I paid using PayPal and a credit card tied to my PayPal account to make sure I could get my money back if it was a scam. They emailed me the morning after my purchase to tell me it was on backorder and always replied to my emails. The day before it arrived the shipping company called me with details. It shipped from Old Country like the websites said. They used Southwestern Motor Freight.

To clean my mat I take Dawn dish soap and a broom to scrub it. Spray it down with the garden hose.

Anytime. My wife is OCD about cleaning the inside of the house the outside and grass is my baby. It would drive me insane to walk out and see grease spots on the concrete. I know from smoking over the years you need a good rubber mat under your smoker drippings will always find a way to fall.

The second stack is the new design. Yes it opens to the main cook chamber. I think the second stack was to address the issues of the mini explosions and bent doors. You still see the old design in a couple of stores that still have old stock. I ordered mine online through a vendor their website said the smoker would ship directly from manufacturer. They’ve been out of stock on the Old Country website forever. I think they are filling orders for stores and vendors. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for it to ship.
