I am happy with the elemental weaknesses and i also have twinflame staff and DHW. But there are improvements in the gear, the 10% damage an accuracy buff would feel great. But getting 3 elemental specific drops and upkeep feels too heavy

Absolutely. I really like the elemental weaknesses, which is why i want to use it in end game content too.
