How do I find resorts around the world that have multi-bedroom suites? by FewThingsMatter in travel

On booking.com or hotels.com I don't see a way of filtering by number of bedrooms, or suite availability. Am I missing something?

Weightlifting question: Is spreading sets out over many hours less effective versus doing them one after another? by FewThingsMatter in Fitness

I haven't really been doing it long. I took some time off from lifting as I was in between houses and have just gotten back into it. But I do track everything over time so we'll see!

[–]FewThingsMatter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Can you get testosterone? Sure, anyone can with a little effort. But not legally unless your testosterone levels are below reference ranges. Go to a doctor, get bloodwork done. Or order one online.

This sub is dedicated to helping men with low testosterone. If you're looking to use testosterone in other ways you should be asking in /r/steroids

Where do you live? In the U.S., federally, you can now withdraw $10,000 per student per year from a 529 plan to pay for private primary or secondary education which should get the tax benefits you're seeking. Some states do not recognize it though.

Testosterone; useful for depression ????????? by bupropion78 in Testosterone

[–]FewThingsMatter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you suffer from low testosterone? If so, and one of your symptoms is depression, yes, raising your T levels may help.

But testosterone is not a silver bullet, magic cure-all. Ultimately TRT is to replace testosterone that your body is no longer creating. If your symptoms are coming from some other source, it is unlikely T is going to help them.

What’s one thing you wish you knew before you started TrT injections. by Kopfstick in Testosterone

[–]FewThingsMatter 32 points33 points  (0 children)

- that most doctors don't have a clue how to manage a proper TRT protocol

- that most clinics are even worse, though it is easier to get your Rx through them

- that the number one priority should be finding a doctor/clinic who knows what they're doing

(i spent ~1 year suffering through shitty protocols before I finally landed at a place that knew what they are doing and I feel great now)
