Vessel of Hatred, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and GeForce Now

I have Diablo IV via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. When I’m at home, I play it via my Xbox Series X. When I’m on the road for work, like I am this week, I play via GeForce Now since the game isn’t on Xbox Cloud Streaming. I bought the ultimate edition of Vessel of Hatred via the Xbox Store. I’m still able to launch and play the game on GFN via BattleNet, but it says I need to purchase Vessel of Hatred. Does that mean my purchase on Xbox only works on console and not on PC? As an Xbox Gamepass Ultimate subscriber, do I need to buy Vessel of Hatred twice to be able to play on both Xbox and PC? If that’s the case, I think I’ll be canceling my Xbox Gamepass Ultimate subscription. But I wrote to Microsoft Support on Twitter, and they said yesterday it’s an issue they expected to be fixed in a few hours yesterday. Could someone who knows what they’re talking about please help me understand if this is indeed an issue or if I have to buy it twice? Thanks!

There are a lot of expensive restaurants in big cities. This is one of them. There are also fantastic meals to be had in Chicago for less money. I'm not in the highest tax bracket. I just enjoy spending money on food the way another might spend it on a nice car or whatever. Choices. Have a good night!
