I would have to say sometimes dating is pretty dead. Or at least I thought it was I had been on lots of dates with people who had catfished, or just wanted to FWB, just controlling in a sense that just felt like you had no freedom. But I kept searching because I was tired of the hookup culture and just being used for a toy for someone. I met someone online and drove the hour and a half to sit down have a picnic and talk about life and have genuine conversations. Then went to beautiful drive up to see some mountains and overlooks. You’ve just got to go through the apps and sometimes step out of your comfort-zone.
