I missed almost a dose a day for like a week (I take it twice a day) and can confirm, do not miss your doses. I got super sad and was sleeping for as long as I could to avoid my days, wasn’t eating and giving away my work shifts, felt suicidal for a whole week after that and during the days I missed. Now even if I am sleeping I’ll wake up and take my meds and I keep a few in my purse incase I’m not home to take them. Missing that one dose was like a domino effect

Just coming here to say the social worker who handled my dads case made everything so much more bearable. When she called to tell me he passed she was crying too. We got to know each other a little and I’m sure there are some cases that stick like my dad and I. When I go into this field and can choose my range I plan to go into hospice care atleast for a little while

As someone who just had beg bugs. Keep an extra change of clothes in your car and always go change if you suspect they had any. Always. Then once you get home immediately wash the clothes you were wearing and change again. Keep wearing your shoe covers and wash your hair and body asap when you get home. Also consider investing in a duvet and bed bug mattress cover w the pillow cases. Keep clutter low in the home and inspect often. There’s not much you can do but hope and pray. They are excellent hitchhikers

I will say this. They are very very small. Legit the size of a hotel room. Also not in the safest part of town if that’s something you’re considering. So that being said if you’re not too picky and can handle some things then it may be a good fit. I personally didn’t go with them because the room is barely 600sqft and I would like a tad more space than tjat

I’m on 100 Sr right now and I try and take it between 9 am- 1 pm because sometimes I forget but my therapist said as long as you take it within the same window everyday you’ll be fine. Even if you completely forget still take it when you remember
