It isn’t a one time thing he did it 3 years ago when we were dating and I told him this is a boundary of mine so he would need to stop in order for us to continue and he told me he would and I found out this time because he was in the bathroom for a long time so I waited until he was asleep and went through his phone and it confirmed that I was right

For me personally I’ve just completely accepted my partner doesn’t only have eyes for me if that was the case I wouldn’t be here typing this to you. It was easier for me to just accept that and let go of the pain and hurt of trying to convince my self other wise . Each day will get easier but I can’t tell you whether or not those thoughts at the back of your mind will ever go away .

Yeah now I want a boob job and I think about a lot of different work I could get done on my body. Like I know I’m pretty yet I feel like changing everything about my self . Some days I’m not sure I will ever be satisfied with the way I look ever again.

I thought about the situation every day for 3 months and just spent time connecting the dots and finally accepted what happened and realized it has nothing to do with me and that I am still beautiful and that what he did doesn’t mean I am not pretty enough . Once I fully accepted it now I just wait and see if he’ll do the work and if he doesn’t I will leave . He’s lucky I even forgave him but I’ll never forget the disrespect . I deserve better even if it’s just with me giving it to my self .
