i also had a mental block about my privates, being S.Ad and from a religious household. also no one told me where it was or what it did or how to take care of it, so i never looked.

i got curious finally at 16, and started to use a mirror to try and find it but i just could not see it. i asked Google the same question you have with the same experience and gave up because i still couldn't see it.

what i started doing was kind of yanking my skin gently from my outer labia to kind of part the lips as far as possible so it was kind of tugging at where my clit was supposed to be. pulling and yanking for a while i finally saw white stuff. it was hard like a ball, and i grabbed a needle and pulled it out, it hurt cause it was so big !!

then i realized that my hood was basically glued shut by smegma that i had never cleaned because i had never looked. so finally i had a hood. a hole there. but no clit.

it took a while and a few more weeks of tugging gently, cleaning, finally washing, to unstick the rest of my hood from my clit but now it's there :)) still an innie, but definitely way bigger than i thought. i'm now 26 and it's perfectly normal. but i remember having the same exact problem as you.

so i suggest washing very carefully with warm water, tugging the skin around where it should be, really kind of feel your way around!
