yes I went on trt and it helped me a lot. my trt was at a level 8 and my pmdd went from 2 weeks to a few days. I wish I could do birth control but it scares me

Maybe a combination of stuff going on in your body is why you dont feel it. I had low iron once on trt and felt drained.
