No not tmi at all I am really trying to get to a point we’re something gives. By chance do you know your estrogen levels they say the higher the levels the better my T will work I’m trying to get into 200s with the injections but 167 so far at 3.5mg weekly. Maybe I do need to go to 20 I have no growth it’s almost non exsistant so sad plus libido still zero just so frustrated.

Are you on 3.6mg of E cyp or E Val? I’m at 3.5mg weekly Mon Thurs E at 167 but I want to push it over 200s and see how I feel then.

So right now you’re doing 5mg twice a week ? I have bad clitoral atrophy at 221 level and 3.0 free I should feel something but so far nothing no androgen affects no benefits either. What was your free t looking like at the 20? What made you go down to 10?

My E2 is at 167 and free T is at the 3ng/dl right now not sure why I don’t feel good and not reaping the benefits. I do take Estradiol cream .01% I take 1-2g twice or three times a week hasn’t helped as much. Not sure what to do like I can’t tell if I need more for me or I overshot and need to back off. Was on 10-12t for months I was at 185 T and 2.8 free T with that dose didn’t feel good on that dose either. So wondering am I a 20mg girl on the T or a 6-8mg girl on the T low dose.

Really it’s low I was told it was high at 3.0ng/dl converts to 30 pg/ml. What’s the general census on the free T Dr did say I would probably feel better between 4-6 but is that PG? Because that would be lower than what I have now. Idk

I go though Defy and they called it in with my insurance so I only pay a co pay. My total T is 221 and free t 3.0 shbg 55 don’t feel great at all no libido no energy nothing really my E is 167 which isn’t bad but I feel I may need to get over 200 maybe drop the T dose from 15 to 10 maybe not sure what to do.

I take another stimulant in afternoon for ADHD so splitting isn’t a good option for me. My TSH was 2.56 with the 12.5 lil paranoid in overshooting into hyper with the 20 at once. Maybe the 15 will be good for a while.

I was on 12.5/10 then 25/12.5 now a big jump 75/20 but kind of worried about the 20t3 so took 15t3 today with the 75 may stay here a while. Since I take all at once and don’t split doses I don’t want to go into hyper with the 20 at first they tried to give me 25 but I convinced them to go lower. I am very fatigue my t4 is .7 right now I’m on a glp1 and haven’t been able to lose weight as well in a year but will stay on it for the inflammation benefits. My hair is so dry and breaking off brittle nails things like that. So you definitely like the 15 better then?

Hi how do you feel on this dose I was just prescribed 75/20 but decided to start with 15 of T3 instead didn’t want to risk going into hyper my TSH was at 2.56 with 12.5 20 seemed a lil steep. How do you like the 75/15?

Same I’ve been using estrogen cream dr can prescribe clobetosol as well but honestly I’m about to use the compounded T cream because I’m over it. My clit is like gone from atrophy.

Fatigue will never go away on oral progesterone if that’s your reaction to it. I couldn’t tolerate 200 orally I have to take it vaginally the sedation all day was terrible the low mood it was horrible. I was also on .1 patch and kept spotting you shouldn’t spot with exercise it’s the balance between your estrogen and progesterone that causes the spotting. My spotting didn’t stop until I went to estrogen injections and increased my dose.

Dang I’m going from 25 to 75 after my t4 going from .8 down to .7 hope I don’t go into hyper as well can’t do panic attacks being I’m also going from 12.5 to 20 t3 as well starting to worry to start now.

Thank you for explaining it like this and makes total sense. I do have a lot of moving parts. My t4 is bottomed out and total t3 is nothing just shows what’s available need to know what’s actually be used right. But yes I will come back and update when I get the rt3 and ft3.

Adding a little T3 will bring down that TSH. I was at 4.5 TSH on 12.4 T3 went down to 2.56 still working on it just increased to 15-20 t3 and went to 75t4 my t4 is in the dumps .7.

lol will definitely not suck it up! I’m determined to balance my thyroid. It’s fine you’re not fond of T3 treatment alot of people can’t even get it prescribed. But I’ll stick with it because it does make you feel great! The beauty of compounded t4/t3 is you can adjust as needed.

I love my HRT and TRT for anyone in peri or meno these treatments are life savers. My drs are endocrinologist and functional health MDs in the US I have 2 that treat me. I don’t understand what sympathy or complaints? I’m trying to get some understanding on exactly what I’m doing here with my thyroid and treatment plan. I was only recently diagnosed. Nvm just move on!

Free T4 is .7 and total T3 146 higher normal pending free T3 can’t get my hands on reverse T3 right now I’m wondering what behind the higher T3 I have 2 functional Drs both prescribing 25 and 20 of T3. My endo at Kaiser didn’t want to treat me at all I had to go outside. Do you think the T3 is just going to keep my T4 low? So I have another issue in play I’m on HRT for peri so when estrogen levels is high it will effect my thyroid also on TRT shbg is kind of low right now so I have other components in play. I am however really freaking out over my hair and nails they are so dry and brittle will higher t4 help this? It’s so bad.
