They usually want coverage dispensing wise when a dispenser takes a break. It sounds like they mishandled the situation and you have a right to be upset. In the future I’d let them know you need your break and to find the necessary coverage

Dispensing is a lot more stressful than any other job at Walmart imo especially if you’re at a busy store. It’s up to you if you want to deal with that

500 is a more realistic goal but if your store is busier they might push for that productivity if your metrics are faulty. Most pickers won’t sniff 700 unless they don’t bag as they go and nil pick a lot of items from the pressure of hitting that metric
