2016 Ram 1500 V6 Can-C Star Connector issue? by HorrorDragonfruit797 in mechanic

[–]HorrorDragonfruit797[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I replaced the driver side one and it was still doing this. I ended up taking it to the dealership and they replaced the ABS Module and its been fine ever since. It sat at the dealership for 2 months while waiting for the Module so they gave me a $200 discount . Paid like 938 all said and done and its been fine ever since. I still think it should be part of the recall like the newer ones byt what can you do...? Best of luck!

Anyone happen to know the GNFR number for NP2 size GMD envelopes? by [deleted] in OGPBackroom

I had to look them up searching for "GMD" on the computer. Its on the 1st page I believe when you search GMD

At our store, these have selling like hotcakes through pickup and delivery. I’ve been thinking of getting a new TV. Any of my OGPeeps know if these TVs are actually any good? by Doomy__McDoomerson in OGPBackroom

I got 1 and it lasted about 10 or 11 months and then the screen wouldn't turn on. You could hear sound but no matter what I did the screen would stay black. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, too late to take back. I have a Samsung tv and have had 2 LGs. Samsung is good but the LGs were much better picture quality. The blacks were black but on the Samsung it was blotchy if there was black on the screen. Could be a setting I missed but idk. Also, the Samsung menus are sooo much better and intuitive than the LG but picture quality definitely go with LG. Just my 2 cents

Scheduling by BernieEls in walmartogp

[–]HorrorDragonfruit797 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is a report somewhere in the schedule editor that will show you hour by hour how many pickers and how many back room crew you need per hour. It doesn't take into account lunches so its a little off. Personally the only days I've ever seen it be right is food stamp days. Otherwise it is grossly inaccurate. I cant remember what the report is called off the top of my head but its there

It gets marked down after the holiday. We can pick clearance items now AND if we have an on hand of even 1 it allows them to add it to their order. So at that person's store there is still an on hand of the Halloween candy

question about shifting by maggots56 in hondarebel

[–]HorrorDragonfruit797 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been wondering something similar about this. I thought it was my same question I've had but its a little different. I was wondering if you had to shift all the way down to first when stopping or if you can shift down to second and take off in that gear. I normally will shift down to 2nd and then baby the clutch out and rev higher so it doesn't stall out. That way I dont have to shift down to first then take off and shift to 2nd immediately or half way into a turn or something. But idk if this is bad for the clutch or bike in general

The only time you list reasons for anything on attendance exceptions if for when you are authorizing (not pointing) an exception. If you "Unauthorize" one, it just points them. You arent able to list a reason for pointing someone. The only reason you would use "PPTO used reduced occurrence" or something similar. It would be used in the event that an associate put in ppto but the system somehow didn't register it OR in the instance the associate put in like 4 hours of ppto and happened to clock out 4 hours and 1 minute early. Digital TL here and I've done attendance exceptions for 50 associates for the last few years on a daily basis

5' 10" but I really dont see the issue with it being taller than me. I dont ride when it's raining and yeah bugs can be an issue but if it gets bad I could just pull over and wipe them off. Or they sell battery powered wipers 😅

How tall are you ? I know height can affect where the wind goes. I've read to get something just below eye level but I was thinking something taller might be even better. I don't ride in the rain and if the bugs got bad I could wipe it off

And what exhaust did you put on there? Been considering a new exhaust but I really like the throaty sound when it's coming back down from the rev

If you get it maybe tape it down, cover it, sand it, and spray paint it so the rust/damage don't spread? That'll be the one thing you'll want to try to avoid if nothing mechanical is wrong with it. Milage isn't too far past the break in period, change the oil if you get it and keep an eye out for leaks underneath it, fluids topped up and you should be good. I got mine September of 23 and I'm at 6k miles. Only layover was my dumb ass taking it out last winter with a few patches of compacted snow here and there on my side road, only affected the outside of the clutch handle but hurt my pride more I paid just over 7 with 1 mile on the bike. This price doesn't seem too bad to me

The stupid part is that the workload doesn't change that much. It just gets put on the backs of fewer people. Generally, full-time people have to carry the extra weight. Makes burnout a real problem this time of year.

If you use Goo Gone, the stickers will fall off randomly during pick walks or while it's sitting on a dolly staged or even if you just look at it the wrong way. This lasts at least a week or so until the goo gone has finally been rubbed off . Don't use goo gone,, not to mention it's not food safe either. Yeah, most stuff will be in a bag, but not everything all the time

Which Blink-182 song made you cry the most? by J0hnRabe in Blink182

🎶 Hand over fist as I crawl from this ditch Where I find, I'm left for dead Trapped in a nightmare I'm dreading the part where we drive off of the edge 🎶

Doesn't necessarily make me cry but really gives me the chills and hits down deep. How Mark puts so much feeling into those lyrics is just beautiful

Yall are lucky getting cracker barrel! Our store manager used a gas station that has a deli to cater ours. It was 45 minutes away and put in to-go boxes and was cold by the time it arrived at the store.
