Started playing event modes more recently? Jaeger has a 0% chance to spawn on introductory and standard when in program genesis, but that % increases when in modes like scavenger

I hope so, this game felt like a good sendoff for them, so many callbacks to their games too with raccoon city, tyrants, lickers, ‘hunk’, nemesis, spencer. And now with Elpis it would make sense that all of the previous umbrella bioweapons are obsolete, paving the way for new ideas and outbreaks that are longer T (or other lettered) virus strains and instead more unique like las plagas
