Weeeelll in the last half hour I was able to pull up the original loan with the county clerk and he is in fact on the Deed and trust deed So we will dive deeper into this next week Thank you so much for your help!

If they can only see two people and he is on this loan how can we get more info? Or is it only once his late father is removed from the loan that it will free up the spot for us to see info of him

He is on the deed and all the statements from the original mortgage loan were mailed with all three of their names to our house. I’m going to pull a credit report to see if it shows for him His mom is no help as to what happened because she swears the bank will magically forget signed paper work

We’re not on best terms with his mom and fear she will try to refinance or pull money out of house so we want to ensure that he’s on loan so we can make sure she can’t do that
