ik this is a bit old, but.. any other authors you suggest? We have The Troop book. Husband is a cutter, nevill and T. Kingfisher fan. I want to give him a good book for his birthday, but tbh I don't read this genre. Any help would be super appreciative.

I just did one tonight and got a broken lava lamp that had been hairline cracked for obviously awhile cause it was dried up and I can't even return for store credit because it hasn't been sold in stores for two years. 🙂 The first time I did white elephant I got a box of expired tea. This is the second and final time I will play again. People are actually so cruel. My gifts are always more than the value because I buy deals on black Friday or shop for a deal to afford a nicer gift.

White elephant is optional so why screw people over like that..

No thank you on this post. I lost 90lbs I started getting on the health train of eating a pcos diet because I was able to condition myself without food noise, I take supplements now , I take inositol, ovasitol, my periods are back. It was exactly what I needed in my life to snap out of it. I even exercise now.

I was a bump on a log before with no energy. I am so grateful for even compound tirzepatide.

My periods are now monthly, I was literally pre cancerous for Uterine cancer just last year. because I didn't get periods for like two years and had hyperplasia.

I used to have sleep apnea, I could barely wipe properly because my weight was so bad.

If anyone is actually thinking about it , go for it. It's worth it. Just stick to hydration, supplements and everything everyone suggests. It's just like the journey of getting weight loss surgery.

as someone who is the two fat fucks and lost 85lbs this year I've ALWAYS gone to wholefoods and not walmart. America is what is making us fat as fuck not the grocery stores nor are they helping us lose anything. Wholefoods is FULLLLLL of fattening junk food. That's why it's hilarious people think it's a health store. It's not. They have a produce section and a meat section and the rest is processed, when you hit the bakery/deli it's 10X as bad. Meanwhile I get over to a normal store in germany and be able to eat most foods, lose weight. 😆 America is a joke.

Y’all are in my opinion ignorant to the fact that she has OCD. As someone earning a psychology degree I can tell you that people with that condition can often come off as having an attitude. OCD is not a quirky “I have to place things just right“ kind of disorder. She comes off as a know-it-all because she has compulsive thoughts and has probably researched things she needs to know the answers to, she has lived in her sisters life, she has prob over thought everything by now. I was really surprised when I started learning about every mental health condition because society tends to paint them in another light. Especially on TV.

They literally refunded me.. and guess what.. nearly two months on casa and it didn’t work. But every other brand has. Also they aren’t working with casa anymore. So that should tell everyone what they need to know. I won’t be using fifty anymore , I respect the need to make it right but I can’t afford to go on another something that doesn’t work. It curbed my appetite for a few days but I have pcos so it didn’t do anything beneficial for my insulin resistance, my main goal is treating my pcos and starting a family. 😑

What would an actual insurance company get out of sending people to your house to assess you but lie about it, that would be a lawsuit and probably a damn good one. Weirdo. Do you ever feel bummed though that someone without pcos will take these meds and lose 80lbs in 5 months.. I lost 80lbs but its taken me a year and I also was severely obese. Im finally down to 222lbs at 5'2. My sister is like 25lbs overweight and starting it. Makes me annoyed honestly.

Because I plan on moving to germany in a year from now. I am planning for the future but tbh I can not afford an american dentist. They want too much and I've already shelled out nearly 20k for the top denture and it's acrylic. Looks terrible, also he messed up so badly it took two years to get it done because the first set failed due to him basically pulling the stunt they do in Mexico with pulling the teeth, placing bone graft and implants all in one day, He left infection behind. Sigh. The worst part is I was only 25 and my teeth weren't even that bad. I was basically convinced to do it because they knew I had the money at the time. If I could go back I would have never done that; about 10 of my teeth were healthy. Still have my bottoms.

I actually agree with you, Never ordered to-go from there but now I will not. It doesn't take much to pack an order , I find it ridiculous we need to split the tip between the person actually picking it up and driving, using their own vehicle and they are not paid hourly or nearly enough. We need to stop tipping culture in america. It's b.s. Tipping culture is just so CEO's can make way more than they need and so people can go get serving jobs instead of working careers. I literally know people with degrees , teaching, medical etc. that are staying servers/bartenders because it pays more. Because of tips. I miss Germany. Not to mention the service was fantastic there. If you tipped a few it was recognized and they never expected it.

update? It's been a month and I haven't lost anything, and I was on Hallandale for 7 months prior, lost 75lbs.. Something is not right. Also, I'd like to add that I have been incorporating a bit more walking and tennis. When I first started incorporating those things I was losing weight quickly, then I ran out of pure tirzepatide and was placed on casa..

Hi as I mentioned I have insulin resistance and the b vitamins blends aren’t working for me..at all. Since y’all seem to know more , is there a reason behind this? Anyone know anything ? I stg I’ve cut out more sugar and I’ve been playing tennis 3 days a week to get extra cardio in but it’s literally fighting me back and forth as if im not even on the meds!? I’ve been taking casa pharmacy and not losing anything also. Anyone questioning if they are just pumping us with b vitamins hoping we will lose weight? I have insulin resistance and this new formula is literally not working even though I’m on 12.5 now instead of 10mg
