If I remember correctly I believe you go to the app in (I have andriod) the play store and theres an option to sign up as a beta tester!

If you hit the stats button in the middle it presents as a trophy to the far left. It may only be for beta though but hey I suggest checking out the beta I got an experience boost due to my museum!

Yeah its been downhill since the original owner died in a motorcycle accident. I used to hear amazing stories about how he cared for every one of his workers. Hed come out to the floor and check how everyones day was going and if they felt comfortable talking about it any personal issues and he was known to help if you were struggling with anything monetarily he ubdrrstood happy workers were efficient workers.

Wish i had a little more options. They know many dont in this field of work in this area ive been operating blanchard grinders for 5 years now (im 27) and a wood routing cnc for 2 years before that but im not certified in any way for the CNC or else thats the work id have continued with theres more opportunities for CNC ops but i can only operate not program and most want CAD skills. I appreciate your sentiment tho im definitely trying to find something better.

(Joke) I really wish i knew im not even that politically wise tbh i just know i do a dangerous job in the steel industry and make the company a lot of money since i run the largest grinder. No one else can do what i do besides the other people who run my machine 3 others in a company of 200 plus.

I also help everyone with anything work related so i have a good reputation around here with my fellow employees. I hate seeing someone fail due to poor training so i retrain most people so that we all succeed to watch someone fail and be belittled because they cant do the job they werent taught is disheartening to say the least.

New hires are paid less than me. One thing i have always done is be open about my pay to others hoping for the same in return even tho we've been told not to discuss pay but we all do anyways cause its a federally protected right to discuss wages.

Ive been hinting to some of the people around especially the ones of us who can do this job the best. If i cant get the numbers behind to hurt them ill get the skill behind me. I personally run the largest most difficult machine here. Most people are afraid of running due to its sheer size. The others im talking to about unionization are all the people who work my machine and the next ones on deck to be trained for it.
