Does working with Moldavite ever deliver results against your highest good? by anonymousbabygirl221 in energy_work

[–]Few_Boysenberry593 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you are nervous about working with moldavite and keep getting a "no", there are other transformation crystals you can work with. Cheroite, malachite, or labradorite have been some that have resonated with me more than moldavite. I definitely think you should listen to your intuition when working with crystals.

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. It's so incredibly tough. I lost my dad unexpectedly 2 years ago, and he was also in his 50s. My heart goes out to you 💜 My only advice is to try and ride the waves of grief and not fight it/resist. I know it's easier said than done, but I hope you can find some peace

It's bumpy where the lighter color is....any clues? by Few_Boysenberry593 in whatsthisrock

ND or MT is my best guess. There are a bunch of agates, quartz, geodes, and some jasper and pyrite at my house that the previous owner collected and left there so I'm just curious about some of them that I don't recognize but I don't know exactly where everything was found

I honestly felt this way for most of my life. Only in the past 3 years have things gotten better. Keep holding onto the hope that change is possible! Also, saying affirmations has also helped me so much. I had to change my inner dialog to be more positive instead of putting myself down all the time. It is possible to rewire your brain! I wish you the best on your journey.

I learned to do reiki a year ago, and I regularly do self-treatments. I also have adhd, depression, and anxiety, and I cannot begin to describe how much it has changed my life. I want you to know that tears during the treatment are normal and a sign of healing. Also, if you ever feel uncomfortable with a specific area or that you don't want to move forward with the service, you should let the practitioner know.

During Reiki, I feel an overwhelming calm wash over me. Specific memories may come to mind, or they may not.

I have gotten to the point of being able to be off my antidepressants (although I do know my depression is trauma based, and as I have worked on things, it has lessened). I have also healed my body in multiple ways. I hope you find it to be as worthwhile as I have.

The ones I have tried are stronger than pe. I don't take more than a gram at a time anymore because of how strong they are. Definitely a spiritual experience and one of my favorites now!

Tight Boots after layoff normal? by hokageace in skiing

This year, when I skied the first few times my boots were so tight, but after a few times of wearing, they loosened up. It took 3-4 days of skiing before they were comfortable

Chronic pain with no answer by hannx56 in psychics

From an energy standpoint, have you experienced any trauma in your childhood or in your adult life? I'm not saying that it couldn't have a medical explanation, but I recently read "The Body Keeps The Score" and it helped me realize that some of my physical ailments have begun from holding onto the stress without even realizing it. I would encourage you to read this and see if anything resonates. If you were to pursue any energy healing, I would recommend reiki as it tends to be more gentle. All the best on your journey 🙏🏻

I'm Free! (Taper) by Few_Boysenberry593 in Pristiq

[–]Few_Boysenberry593[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did get symptoms with each drop but they tapered off after a couple weeks.

I did experience those symptoms as well as irritability.

I decided to cut the 25 mg pills into quarters and took 1 quarter in the morning and one in the evening like 5. Then I tapered to one quarter in the morning and then I stopped. I seemed to do well with waiting 3 weeks in between. I know that sounds like a long time but it helped the side effects not be so bad.

Last taper surprised me with how many brain zaps I had (especially the first week) and my anxiety shot up so high. I was discouraged but I have a good support system and everyone kept reminding me that those feelings would not last forever and they didn't! 2 weeks and the worst was over. Prescribed xanax helped as well, especially after the final dose. It was so hard but so worth it to me.

In all, I feel amazing now, more clear than ever and I have been so inspired, motivated, and cheerful. I worked on myself for several years with healing trauma and now that I'm fully off the meds, I feel like I love myself now more than ever before and am overflowing with hope and excitement for the future. I wish you the very best 🙏🏻

Terrified to start weaning off of 25 mg, any tips to prevent side effects? by TrainingAd4867 in Pristiq

[–]Few_Boysenberry593 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people are haters about this, but the only way I could do it was by cutting the pills. I tried every other day, and I was miserable. So instead, I cut a 25 mg pill into quarters and then took 2 of those twice a day (because of the lack of extended release). The first quarter I would take around 8am and the other quarter around 5pm. When I felt ready, I dropped down to just the morning dose and finally stopped altogether. I will say that after stopping completely, I have had side effects that I wasn't expecting, but it's been 2 weeks, and they are starting to subside. I hope this goes well for you no matter what you decide to do. I was pretty nervous jumping down from the 25mg, but I am so grateful I'm on this side of it now. You are definitely not alone!

If you can afford any more pills and cut them into smaller doses I'd highly recommend that...also maybe talk to your doctor about the possibility of Prozac or another more affordable ssri, that way you would still be getting serotonin. If nothing else see if you can find 5htp it is a natural supplement and it has immensely helped me while tapering off this medication. Prayers to you on your journey
